For decades the Williams family has been my family. Under every circumstance, unconditional love has always been there. My heart breaks because never has there ever been a family so close knit and so strong. Reginald was always so upbeat when I was around him, always joking, always laughing. This is very hard to understand. I'll miss his smile and his big bear hugs. What a guy. Rest in Peace, my friend. We'll see you again someday. All my love to his family and friends.
