Mrs. Kuntz, you have my deepest condolences. In recreation on the Shawnee National Forest, I had the opportunity to work with Phil ocassionally. Phil cared about protecting the resources on the Forest. He was a good person. I know you will miss him.

I am saddened to hear of the passing of my friend and former co-worker, Phil Kuntz. Phil was a fine christian man and a loyal worker. He is missed.
