Uncle John was always patient with me. Always positive when I was around. Very intelligent and always had a math problem that I could never solve! He will be certainly missed by many. I remember him coaching Eric Allen's baseball team and he recruited me to come play with the older group. Big fun! And when he and I were picking corn or green beans in the truck patch at Dad Wright's house. I told Uncle John to PLEASE slow down because if we finish picking too early, the women in the house were going to assign us another task in that hot little kitchen!! Only if kids learned to work like that now!!
Rest in Peace Uncle John

Sad to hear of uncle John's passing. I have so many memories from childhood of Holidays spent at Grandpa and Grandma's house. I still have a string puppet he brought back from Germany as a gift for me. Memories I'll have forever. Rest in peace Uncle John
