What wonderful memories and laughs we had with Jack and Dorette. He is now with our Heavenly Father, what a peaceful thought.
Lots of wonderful memories. Lots of camping and trout fishing trips. The funniest was when I fell in the stream and Jack had to pull me out. Ohhh that water was cold. We would laugh about that just about every time I would see Jack.
Jack and Dorett were always a couple of my favorite relatives. I remember seeing Jack when he was working in the Vergennes railroad depot. I was in high school. My Mom, Maxine White was always close to the Stone cousins. RIP Jack! You were a great guy. Elaine White Ude

I'm so sorry for the loss of Jack. He was a good guy and a friend of my dad. My deepest sympathies on his loss.
To Aunt Dorett and the Stone families and friends, we wish to extend our deepest sympathies and condolences on the passing of Uncle Jack Stone. Dorett and Jack welcomed us to family gatherings for Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Michael, Dorett's nephew, and I enjoyed being part of the Stone's celebrations from 1997 and beyond. Many great memories! My greatest memory of Jack Stone was when he baptized me in the pool at Lake Sallateeska around by 55th birthday. We loved having Jack and his friend, Cecil Keene, coming out to our Cabin in the Field in Tamaroa to fish and cut wood for us and Cecil! We will miss him, his love for coffee and just to talk about the good times. I hope Jack has found David, Cecil, and the others that have left before him in that eternal life in heaven. May God comfort you during this time and all the memories Jack made on his time here on Earth.
I was so sorry to hear of his passing. My deepest sympathy Brenda Epplin
I am so saddened to hear about the passing of Jack. I have so many memories growing up and spending time with Jack, Dorrett, Dave, Debbie and Tom. We used to go to their cabin every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Jack went with me to get my first motorcycle. I remember as a kid going to Benders grocery store and jack would slip me a piece of bologna. I also remember all of us going camping and trout fishing Rest in peace my friend.
Praying for all the Stone Family during this difficult time. Sending hugs to our high school friend Debbie!
