I was not fortunate to know Howard personally but I have heard a lot about him from my husband and from Howard's brother in law, Al. I work with Al at DHS and my husband went to high school with Howard. They had industrial arts and home ec together. You all have our deepest sympathy. May God sustain you through the following days.
