My sympathies go out to all of Heath's family and friends.
I knew Heath while he worked here in Chicago as a Chef at the Blackhawk Lodge. I was just getting started in my career in Event Planning and Catering with Levy Restaurants. There was a small group of us Event Planners and Chefs that would enjoy a few cocktials as the Clark Street Ale house after a long day - Heath was always the life of the party!
He was also one of the most genuine guys I knew. Having visited Whitefish, MT I got a good idea on where his zest for life comes from.
It seems to have followed him throughout his life.
