I want to extend by sympathy to the family of Dr. Michael Bernaix's family. So many good memories, don't know where to begin. First of all for sure, Thank you Mike and Joyce for allowing me to go to church with your family... That planted a seed in my heart for being a follower of JESUS CHRIST, I went to church on holidays with my parents, but you went every Sunday, therefore I was introduced to going to church every Sunday... Not only that we went to eat at the Schuttle Inn afterwards, So Thank you for that. We went mushroom hunting, We went bicycle riding at night, I thought that was a big deal back then, Mike would hook his wagon on his John Deere Lawn Mower and take the neighborhood children for rides, Again we would bike ride and afterwards go to Quillman's shoe shop/ Ice Cream shop for ice cream, during the winter the Bernaix's had a toboggan sled that they would hook onto a vehicle and take us sleigh riding, The Best for last, We would have hot dog roast at their house. Mike made hot dog sticks out of wire coat hangers. The times we had were so great. Then they made the Swimming Pool... I was so jealous at that time, because we had a big back yard and that is all I ever wanted my dad to make for us was a swimming pool, but they would invite me, my sister and brother over and oh how fun we had. Thank you for the Memories Mike and the Bernaix's I love you all.
My sympathies to you, Joyce, and your family. I know Mike is at peace now, and may the good memories bring you peace.
