For many years, my parents would bring me and my brothers and sister to P'ville where my mother's relatives lived and we always enjoyed visiting Daisy and Buck. I would go for bicycle rides with Daisy. Later, as an adult, I brought my own kids to P'ville, and every visit included trips to Daisy and Buck's place, we would go for hikes in the state "forest" and go to Rend Lake. We admired Buck's arrowheads so many times. Daisy and Buck may be gone now, but never forgotten.

she was BEST friend to Charlene
Hutchings, my first wife, who
passed away several years ago.
We talked recently about "old times" which we both enjoyed.

I will miss having Daisy and Buck. It is impossible to imagine that they are both gone. I can still remember visiting when they lived next to Ruby and Johnny -- it was always the highlight of my times in Pinckneyville.
