Corey Allan Miller, age 23, of Coulterville, passed away on Monday, January 14, 2008 at 7:12 a.m. in his home. Corey was born on January 22, 1984 in Red Bud, IL, a son to Kent and Susan (Engelage) Miller. He attended the United Me Read Obituary
Although I never met Corey, I heard many glowing reports of him from Warren Schmierbach and JoAnn. He was a real fighter and did so much more than could have been expected of him and am sure he will be remembered with great fondness by the many people whose lives he touched. I just saw the notice of his passing in the Sparta newspapaer and am sorry to have missed the memorial service. Please accept my sincere condolences and sympathies on your loss.
Corey was a very courageous young man. I will never forget his silent bravery, and his sweet personality. I always had the greatest admiration and respect for his parents, as well as for Corey.
I will really miss seeing Corey's smile whenever he and Susan would come in to see us.
Susan, we will all keep you in our prayers.

Due to my conflicting work schedule (in Murphysboro) I was unable to share my condolences with you Scott and Susan in person. I wanted to tell you how deeply sorry I am to hear about Cory's passing. Anything I can do please don't hesitate to ask. He will truely be missed.

We will miss Corey deeply. He was a great kid to have around. We have known him since he and Jim were 4yrs old there are alot of memories there. Basketball, baseball, racing, and hunting he never gave up. We will always share our love for Dale Earnhardt,and I still have pictures of the day we seen his car at Svandas.
