Sorry for your loss, Carroll was someone that I looked up to at Freeman Coal. He would stand up for what was right, and wasn't afraid to tell anyone what he thought. He will be missed.
My thoughts and prayers go out to Carols family. I work at Casey's on Hickory St ,were Carol Came in to every day.He shared a lot of gardening tips with me.God bless you Carol.You will be missed.
