She was one in a million.
Paula, I am very sorry for the loss of your daughter. You are in my prayers.
So sorry for your loss. Will remember you all in my thoughts and prayers. So sad for someone so young.
RIP child hood friend!!! Can't remember not knowing you. Had lots of good times with you in our younger days. Man could you play that piano! Prayers to your family! You will be missed! Godspeed!
I am very sorry for your loss. Although I did not know your loved one personally, I hope knowing that they are in our loving heavenly Father's memory will bring your family comfort during this difficult time. Very soon now we can look forward to God's promise at a Revelation 21:4: "... Death will be no more, neither will mourning, nor outcry, nor pain be anymore, the former thing gave passed away."
Candy was my fathers partner for about 10 years. They loved each other very much, and had an intellectual, playful, and romantic life together. When my children (at the time ages 3 and 5) first met Candy, they liked her instantly. Children are great judges of character. They know when hearts are true.
Candy will be missed by us all.
Many Regards
I will never forget the first time I met Candice, It was my first Sunday evening attending First Baptist in Pinckneyville. As I arrived an hour early, I remember immediately being swept up by unfamiliar melodies coming from a piano. I peeked inside a very dark and empty sanctuary and like a moth I was drawn to a single light coming from the piano. There she was completely engulfed and executing the most beautiful music I had ever herd. When she was finished I remember asking "what was that"?, she answered, "Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata". Candice, you had me at Beethoven! I could always feel my world expanding just by being in the same room with her.
Matt and family: Sorry to hear about your sister. So Happy she knew the LORD and now is home. Sincerely-Kristy Goodwin
