Condolences and prayers to the family especially to his bereaved wife May Cross.
To Kirby's family I am thinking about you and I know the heartache of losing a sibling. A husband and uncle and a friend Kirby was a very good person and I was glad that I got to know him.
May,
I can only imagine how you must be feeling. The Lord will carry you through this time of sorrow. Know that you are not alone. If you need anything, lean on your friends, we will be happy to help. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are, and will continue to be, with you. Love you much.

met Kirby in Fort Myers Florida during the 80's when he visited me.
he was my first cousin
a very congenial man
Through the videos shared by Kirby and May Cross, we were able to get close to their hearts. It is shocking how suddenly Kirby was taken from us. To know how much he loved his wife, how he wanted to pick her up and drop her off at work, driving her during every trip, and of course, we will miss how you wrapped Miss May's things as gifts during the holidays. Thank you for sharing your life with us, Sir Kirby, even if it was just for a short period of time. I know you're in God's kingdom now, and I hope you may find eternal rest and peace.
I enjoyed our conversations at the library. He will be very missed. My prayers are with the family may you find peace and comfort.
Thank you Sir Kirby for the great memories that we have made. You are an amazing person. My heart breaks for my dear friend May. We will take care of her. We will miss you.
I had good laughs with you. I will keep the map of USA that you gave me.
My sympathy to the family. I attended 2nd grade at CGS, since our farm house had burned down and we rented that year, while the new house was being built, so I remember Kirby from our class. It was a lively bunch with Miss Howard and Lucy, Donna, Vickie, Susan, Jocelyn, Tommy and all the others. I'm glad Kirby got to travel the world.
