William E. Kelley's Obituary
William E. Kelley, age 89, of DuQuoin, passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2008 at 8:12 a.m. at his home. William was born February 15, 1918, a son to Edgar and Maye (Fenton) Kelley. On March 5, 1946, he married Kathleen Kezely and she survives. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in DuQuoin. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was a former member of the American Legion and VFW in DuQuoin. Survivors include his wife: Kathleen of DuQuoin, one son: Frank W. (Delena) Kelley of Kissimmee, FL, three grandchildren: Matthew (Jennifer) Foutch of DuQuoin, Anthony Foutch of DuQuoin, and Carrie Kelley of Florida, one great grandchild: Adrian Foutch of DuQuoin, one son-in-law: Wayne Foutch of DuQuoin, one nephew: Al (Ferol) Purcell, and one niece: Janice Eckols. He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter: Mary Lou, and one sister: Florence Purcell. Per his wishes, William will be cremated and there will be no funeral services. Arrangements are being handled by Pyatt Funeral Home, DuQuoin.
