Cecil was an amazing man! He loved deeply, both his Lord Jesus and anyone he met. We are all enriched by knowing his life and the model he set for us. I was so blessed to be able to spend time with him. And I am praying for his family.

I'm so very sorry to hear of Cecil's passing. He was a very kind man and as his obituary states greatly enjoyed tinkering and fixing. Many gained valuable knowledge from all his experience. He will certainly be missed. In Christ's Love, Pam

Betty and family, we send our deepest sympathies and condolences on the passing of dear Cecil. Michael and I will always cherish our visits with Cecil when he came out to cut wood with Michael and his friend and Michael's uncle, Jack Stone. We also loved visiting you and Cecil at your home in Pinckneyville. He was a true inspiration for his age. We wish you comfort that God can provide you during this time of sorrow. A life well lived! God Bless you. Betty, and your families.
