Dear Alice -
I am saddened to hear of your mother's passing. She was another 'anchor' holding down the street in which we played. My thoughts are with you.

My sister, Phyllis, and I lived at Anthony Hall and worked in the kitchen with Wanda. I saw her often at Perry County Teachers meetings. Our sympathies to the family.
With deepest sympathy.
praying for your family at this time.
Glen and Alice, So sorry to learn of your Mothers passing she has always been a favorite person of mine even as a child, I remember enjoying visiting with her. She was always such a kind and gentle person, so patient with Kathryn. Sincere Sympathy to You Both
Alice and Glen,
I was so sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. Both your mom and dad were kind, loving people who helped make my growing up memorable. We were blessed to have them on Walnut St and now Heaven is blessed to have them both as angels.
Thinking of you,
Peg
Mr. McKinstry, I am sorry for your loss.
So sorry for your loss. Mrs. McKinstry was one of my favorite grade school teachers!
So sorry to hear of your great loss. I knew her growing up at Galum Church. She honored me by asking me to sing at her wedding, which I did. She was one of the nicest and most gentle people I've ever known. May God comfort you after this great loss.

To the family, especially Roger and Lucille, Alice and Glenn: It is with sadness that I think of your loss and the challenges Wanda Lee faced. I am very thankful to have had her as a great friend for many years as we "grew up" at Galum Church--and later attended SIU. May God be with you in the days ahead.
