Sharon Elizabeth Mazander's Obituary
Sharon Mazander, age 63, of Coulterville, IL, passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2007 at 8:36 a.m. in Sparta Community Hospital. Sharon was born on December 25, 1943 in St. Louis, MO, a daughter to Delbert and Blanche (Brandt) Kuhn. On February 8, 1964, she married Ronald Mazander in Okawville, IL and he survives. She was a member of Elkton Union Church and the Coulterville 1st Baptist Church. She was a homemaker, and was an avid Nashville Hornets and Coulterville Eagles sports fan. She loved crafting, reading, sewing, and visiting with friends. Survivors include her husband Ron Mazander of Coulterville, IL, her father: Delbert Kuhn of Okawville, IL, one son Shawn (Kathy) Mazander of Peoria, IL, one daughter: Renee Schuster (special friend Brad O'Rear) of Coulterville, IL, one brother: Michael (Connie) Kuhn of Okawville, IL, brother-in-law: Jim Mazander of Mascoutah, IL, sister-in-law: Faye (Raymond) Robinson of Coulterville, IL, three grandchildren: Austin Schuster and Megan and Mitchell Mazander, two aunts: Evelyn Kohring of Coulterville, IL, and Barb Ford of Okawville, IL, and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and special friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, brother: Wayne Kuhn, and father-in-law and mother-in-law: Lawrence and Marjorie Mazander. Funeral services will be held at the Elkton Union Church, Elkton, IL, Thursday, December 27, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Richard Reid Sr. officiating. Interment will be in Elkton Cemetery. Friends may call at the Pyatt Funeral Home, Coulterville on Wednesday, December 26, 2007 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. and then at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Memorials may be made to the Baptist Children's Home in Carmi, IL, Elkton Union Church or the Donors Choice.
