SGT Christopher Adam Lambert's Obituary
SGT. Christopher Adam Lambert, age 34, of Elberta, AL, formerly of Coulterville, IL, passed away on June 23, 2012 Christopher was born on April 18, 1978 in Pinckneyville, IL, a son to John and Joyce (Heiple) Lambert. He proudly served his country in the Alabama Army National Guard, B Company, 131st AVN, as a UH-60 Black-hawk Helicopter Crew Chief, serving one tour in Iraq with Love, Honor and Devotion. He was a dedicated father and dearly loved spending time with his sons. Survivors include two sons, Christopher Lambert, Jr. and Gage Reilly Lambert; father, John Lambert; mother, Joyce (James) Consolo; grandmother, Florence Lambert; seven brothers and sisters, Crystal, Dennis, Rebecca, Rick, Julie, Jeffrey and Bryanna; half brother, Sylvester; half-sister, Vickie; step-brother, Jason; step-sister, Krissy; nine nieces, nephews and many dear friends. He was preceded in death by three grandparents; an uncle and cousin. A graveside memorial service will be held at Mueller Hill Cemetery, Pinckneyville, IL on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Steve Burton officiating. Graveside military rites will be provided by Sparta V.F.W. Post #2698. Family and friends are asked to go directly to the cemetery. A celebration of life for SGT Christopher Adam Lambert will be held Saturday at the Sparta V.F.W. Post #2698, Sparta, IL following the graveside service. Memorial donations may be made to Christopher and Gage Lambert. Pyatt Funeral Home, Coulterville, IL is in charge of the arrangements.
