Ruth Virginia Kilpatrick's Obituary
Ruth Virginia Kilpatrick, age 88, of DuQuoin, passed away on Thursday, May 24, 2007 at 8:45 p.m. in Fairview Nursing Center, DuQuoin. Ruth was born on December 2, 1918 in Mackie, IN, a daughter to Garrett and Emma (Adler) Kilpatrick. She was retired from the DuQuoin Packing Plant and a member of the First Presbyterian Church, DuQuoin. Survivors include one sister: Beverly Kilpatrick of DuQuoin, a niece: Sue and husband Leroy Lamczik , their children: Robin and husband James Jarvis, and Patrick Lamczik, all of DuQuoin, and Rebecca Lamczik and husband Mitch Harsy of Vergennes, and Dennis Lamczik of Washington, D.C., nephews & nieces: Gary, Sandy, Karen, and Mary Ellen of Michigan, and nephews: Harry Huite and Bob Huite and families. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother: Louis. Graveside services will be held at Sunset Memorial Park, DuQuoin, on Saturday, May 26, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Jerry Dunn officiating. Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home, DuQuoin.
