The aunts and uncles who made up my world are all gone and the pool of cousins I grew up with is much diminished, but this one, Ronnie, had a special place. Three years older, bigger, stronger, faster and, I was sure, in possession of all I needed to know about the world. If he suggested something, I was in and that got me into some great adventures. My condolences to Kitten and the rest of the family.

I loved his simple forthright ways. What you saw was what you got. I don't think he could have pretended to be anything different than the man he was.
