Richard Bruno's Obituary
Richard Bruno, age 55, of Pinckneyville, passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2006 at 11:30 a.m. in his home. Richard was born on November 21, 1950 in DuQuoin, IL, a son to John B. Bruno and Josephine (Ruffino) Poiter. He served with the U. S. Army, having been stationed for two years in Germany, was a carpenter, and enjoyed fishing. Survivors include a son: Eric James Bruno of Pinckneyville, two daughters: Alexis Dawn Bruno of Pinckneyville and Rhonda Bruno of Troy, IL, his mother: Josephine (Ruffino) Poiter of Pinckneyville, four brothers: Mike, George, John Joe, and Angelo Pete, all of Pinckneyville, two sisters: Margaret Padfield of Pinckneyville, and Anna Marie Wettig of Steeleville, along with many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother: Floyd. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. in the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, with Bro. Collin Hirsch and Angelo Pete Bruno officiating. Interment of the cremains will be at a later date in the Mueller Hill Cemetery, Pinckneyville. Friends may call at the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, on Saturday, August 5, 2006 from 1:00 p.m. till the time of services.
