Ranzy Dale Davis' Obituary
Dale Davis, age 73, of Pinckneyville, IL, passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at 6:20 a.m., in Pinckneyville Community Hospital, Pinckneyville, IL.
Dale was born on December 27, 1947 in Harrisburg, IL, a son to Robert Lloyd and Velma Lucille (Dale) Davis. On January 21, 1972, he married Deborah Murphy in McKenzie, TN and she survives. Dale honorably served in the United States Army and was of the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed horses and horseback riding.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah Davis of Pinckneyville, IL; one brother, Lloyd Bruce (Sue) Davis of Livonia, LA; one sister, Mary Anne (Ronnie) Armstrong of Elizabethtown, IL; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL on Saturday, July 3, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Interment will be at Mount Olive Cemetery, McKenzie, TN.
A graveside service will be held at Mount Olive Cemetery in McKenzie, TN on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.
Memorial Donations may be made to American Cancer Society or American Lung Association.
