Paul Dean Ferrari's Obituary
Paul Dean Ferrari, age 81 of Pinckneyville, IL, passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 9:45 p.m. in Washington County Hospital, Nashville, IL. Paul was born on March 2, 1929, in Rice, IL, a son to Ristidy and Vernie Doris (Hutchings) Ferrari. On April 27, 1950, he married Mary Lucille Marlow in Pinckneyville, IL and she survives. Paul was a concrete finisher and a farmer. He was a proud member of Cement Mason's Local #542 and #143 for over 40 years and U.M.W.A. Local #2117. Paul loved farming, fishing, hunting squirrels and mushrooms, and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Paul is survived by his wife, six sons, Frank (Cathy) Ferrari of Dahlgren, IL, Bob (Cindy) Ferrari of Pinckneyville, IL, Don (Laura) Ferrari of Pinckneyville, IL, Ronald (Kimberly) Ferrari of Pinckneyville, IL, Gary (Kathy) Ferrari of Mt. Olive, IL, and Kevin (Monica) Ferrari of Nashville, IL; one daughter, Paula (Bryan) Higgerson of Pinckneyville, IL; one brother, Ralph (Jeanette) Ferrari of Pinckneyville, IL; one sister, Imogene (Martin ) Hepp all of Pinckneyville, IL; sixteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother-in-law, Richard (Viola) Marlow of Pinckneyville, IL; and numerous nieces; nephews; and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one son, John Dale Ferrari. Funeral services will be held at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL on Monday, February 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. with Father James Van Oss officiating. Interment will be in St. Bruno Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL on Sunday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Monday from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Memorials may be made to St. Bruno Catholic School, American Heart Association, or American Diabetes Association
