Patricia A. Inselmann's Obituary
Patricia A. Inselmann, age 49, of Pinckneyville, IL, passed away on Sunday, May 23, 2010 at 5:18p.m. in her home. Patricia was born on July 12, 1960 in East St. Louis, IL, a daughter to James and Elloura (Doublin) Guffey. Patricia enjoyed crafting and will be missed by her family and friends. Patricia is survived by three brothers, Charles (Elaine) Guffey, Tamaroa, IL, James Guffey, Jr. of Nashville, IL, and Howard Guffey of Tamaroa, IL; two sisters, Erma Guffey and Carol Forsythe both of Jerseyville; and three dear friends, Gina, Vicki, and Cathy. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, John Guffey. Patricia's wishes were to be cremated. A memorial dinner will be held at Oak Grove Baptist Church, Pinckneyville, IL on Saturday, May 29, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Please come and join the family in fellowship and celebrate Patricia's life. Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL is in charge of the arrangements.
