I remember Maxine coming to visit dad before he went to live in the nursing home. She led us in prayer. She was a strong woman and a devoout christian. My heart goes out to Frances, Joni, and Rhonda.

Tenderly, may time heal your sorrow. Gently, may friends ease your pain. Softly, may peace replace your heartaches. And may the warmest memories remain.
Celebrating her life well spent. She was deeply loved by anyone that met her. I have many fond memories of visiting her home with laundry flapping on the clotheslines, watching the pigs in their pen, and walking past the fancy plastic covered couches we were never allowed to sit on. But mostly I remember her almost constant smile and soft laughter. Always grateful for her coming to comfort Billie when Bill died. A generous heart indeed to make the long trip to hold a hand and share tears. Hugs to all that will miss her until we meet again.

Your Mom was a very special lady- quiet, gentle and always an example of a Godly woman who faced many challenges in her life. Her faith remained strong and God never failed her. What a rejoicing it is in heaven. One memory of many is the day she took me shopping in Belleville and out to eat when I was a teenager. As she was a mother of three girls, I am sure she had many other things to do that day! But she made my day very special! She and my Mom spent "hours" on the phone. When Mom moved far away, they wrote faithfully to each other until Mom passed away. She will be missed by so many - we have all been touched by her presence in our lives. Love and prayers for her family
We are sorry for the families loss. Maxine was a sweet lady, with a sweet smile. We enjoyed her friendship. Prayers for the family.
