Margaret Denton Eisfelder's Obituary
Margaret Denton Eisfelder, age 90, of Pinckneyville, IL, died Sunday, June 24, 2007 at 6:28 a.m. in Fair Acres Nursing Home, DuQuoin. Margaret was born on July 9, 1916 in Scheller, IL, a daughter to Jay Leonard and Nellie (Hargis) Denton. On April 18, 1936, she married Robert E. "Bob" Eisfelder in St. Bruno Catholic Church, Pinckneyville and he preceded her in death on September 23, 1995. She was retired from the Pinckneyville Garment Factory as a seamstress, a member of International Ladies Garment Workers Union and Silver Thread Seamstress Club. She was a member of St. Bruno Catholic Church, Pinckneyville. Survivors include a son: Carl H. and wife Delores Eisfelder of Hardinsburg, IN, a brother: Tom A. Denton, Sr. of Pinckneyville, IL, a sister: Imogene and husband Earl Tyler of Salem, IL, four grandsons, and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a brother: Howard Denton. Funeral mass will be held in St. Bruno Catholic Church on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Brian Barker officiating. Interment will be in St. Bruno Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call at Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home, Pinckneyville on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. till 9:30 a.m. The rosary will be recited at 9:00 a.m. The family suggests gifts be made to the Luke Memorial Hospice, 101 N. Walnut, Pinckneyville, IL 62274.
