I am so sorry for your loss. Lydia was one fine lady. I met her at Roesdale Baptist Church years ago. We have lost contact through the years but I will never forget her friendship and kindness she showed to everone.
Aunt Lydia was one of my favorite aunts and the one who, with Aunt Mary, allowed me to eat butter at an early age (no toast, just butter). Her and Uncle Ed were always a delight, even if tshe did call me "puddin". They never had much, but were generous with what they had. I remember the train running past the back of their yard when we would go to visit. Her sister Helen is still alive in St. Louis, but the rest of her sisters have passed including my Mom (Adeline). God Bless Lydia, you remain in our hearts.
To Lydia's family, she was a great lady and will be missed. Our condolences on your loss.
