Lois L. Fisher's Obituary
Lois L. Fisher, age 86, of Pinckneyville, passed away on Monday, October 8, 2007 at 8:20 p.m. in Pinckneyville Community Hospital. Lois was born April 13, 1921 in Pinckneyville, a daughter of Fred and Lillian (Feltmeyer) Hoffman. On April 27, 1938, she married Paul H. Fisher in Perryville, MO and he preceded her in death on January 8, 1979. She was a homemaker and a founding member of Grace Outreach Church, Pinckneyville, IL. Survivors include five children: Ray Paul (Diane) Fisher of Winchester, KY, Bobby Joe (Ginger) Fisher, Patricia Sue (Roger) Holt, Peggy Lu (Jimmy) Phillips, and Gene Allan (Christina) Fisher, all of Pinckneyville, one sister: Bernice Smith of Pinckneyville, eight grandchildren: Shelly (Jack) Gabriel of Carlisle, KY, Cinnamon Fisher of Chicago, IL, Sumitha Fisher of Pinckneyville, Nathan (Suzanne) Holt of Chicago, IL, Jared Phillips of Pinckneyville, Cherish Phillips of Fayetteville, NC, Brandon Fisher of Pinckneyville, and Robby Fisher of Pinckneyville, two great-grandchildren: Brennen and Tegan, and several nieces, nephews and many dear church friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a granddaughter: Cindy Fisher, and a brother: William F. Hoffman. Funeral service will be held Friday, October 12, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL with Pastor Kirk Steele officiating. Interment will be in Mueller Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home, Pinckneyville on Thursday, October 11, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
