We praise God with you for Gene, and we're grateful for the times we shared -- Gene and Pauline's warm welcome of hospitality given to LE in the summer/fall of 1990 when she didn't have a home in Coulterville yet, Gene's strong and helpful leadership as Grandcote church elder with Rick, many Sunday nights after church spent together with Gene, Pauline and other church friends talking, eating and laughing. These are just a few of our memories of Gene that make us smile. We pray that each of you will know God's encouragement and peace during this time of grief.

In summer of 2017, my husband Dan Fullerton and I visited Gene in his lovely home. I remember how gracious he was to Dan and me. Now, Gene and Dan are together in the presence of the Lord.
It was so sad to hear of Gene's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. He will be greatly missed.
I wish I had gotten down there before this as I have been intending to.
I'm sorry I cannot make it down for the funeral. I will sure be thinking of everyone.
