Hello, Todd, and family. I was a classmate of Todd's, and my mother, Nelda Rahn (formerly Nelda Gilbert) was a coworker of Kitty's at Highland's City Hall. My Mom (Nel) passed away recently as well, on June 18. I wanted to express my sympathy and the thought of hope that these two very good friends have somehow found each other.
