James "Don" Miller, age 53, of Coulterville, IL, passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 4:05 a.m. in his home. James was born on January 1, 1963 in Tiptonville, TN, a son to Bill Miller and Dureen Meads. Don was of the Baptist faith, a lifetime member of the North American Fishing Club and enjoyed fishing, gardening, and was an outdoorsman. Survivors include two sons, William Miller of Chester, IL and James Miller of Percy, IL; one grandson, Zander Miller; father, Bill Miller of East Prairie, MO, mother, Dureen Peck of Coulterville, IL; two brothers, Ed Miller (fiancée, Jannie McCready) of Coulterville, IL, and Ben (Casey) Miller of East Prairie, MO; two sisters, Bridget Gibson (fiancée, Allen Hester) of Schuline, IL and Michele (Jim) Goldsborough of Ava, IL; and numerous family and friends. James' wishes were to be cremated with no services held. Pyatt Funeral Home, Coulterville, IL is in charge of the arrangements.
