My thoughts and prayers are with the family of Howard during this time of loss. I had the pleasure of getting to know Howard and he was a selfless man. I enjoyed our many conversations and "small talk". He is finally reunited with his Virgina.
Howard was a sweet and generous man. He donated a lot to our community, most notably to our local law enforcement and Caring & Sharing, He will be missed by all who were fortunate to know him.
