My Papa was loving and generous, and did just what grandpa's should do -- spoiled his grandkids to no end. He was a role model to me and I cherish my memories of him; he taught me a lot about life, work, family and community. We were blessed to have him in our lives for so long. It is hard to let you go Papa, but we know you are forever a part of us and will remain in our hearts forever. Love and miss you!
To Babette, Rick and family-My deepest sympathy goes out to all of you. Halleck was a special person in his own way. I will never forget working for him.
We are so very sorry for your loss. I have great memories of leaving the junior high and walking in the back door of your Dad's store to buy candy over lunch. He was always there to greet us. He will be missed.

I was sorry to learn of Halleck's passing. He was such a good friend to me, helping me with several things, accounhting, taxe returns and even helped me buy a car. Just a really nice guy. My prayers for each of his survivors.
