Gayle was so sweet and kind. I was very privileged to make her acquaintance through DAR. I had the joyful experience of co-hosting last years Christmas meeting with her. During that time she invited me into her home to discuss the preparations. She had it decorated for Christmas in her historic decor. When we talked I found out how much she loved her family and how thankful she was for the care they gave her. It was a blessing and privilege to know her.
Our deepest sympathies to Gayle's family and friends. Such a sweet lady, and yes, cher children and grandchildren were her life. Thoughts and prayers are with you all.
