Gale was born on October 29, 1961, in Pinckneyville, IL, a daughter to Donald and Marilyn (Larson) Moore. Gale was a registered nurse for over 40 years at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. Gale loved to go shopping, thrifting and antiquing. She enjoyed many girls nights, watching movies and wearing matching pajamas with her daughter Brenna. She enjoyed listening to classic rock music, reading suspenseful books and making fairy gardens. She was always spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and would be present in their activities. Gale’s favorite season was fall because it was not too hot and not too cold. Her favorite holiday was Christmas. She loved decorating and watching the Grinch. She was of the Christian faith and a selfless woman, she always made sure her family came first. She was a positive person, her laugh was contagious, and those around her were always smiling. Gale was sassy and witty but that’s who she was, she would wear her heart on her sleeve. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her strength and courage will forever live on in her children.
She is survived by her children, William (Angela) Keene of Creal Springs, IL, Eric (Crystal Reams) Hill of Desoto, IL, Corwin Lindel of Herrin, IL, Amanda (Lisa) Hill of Mt.
