My condolences to the Rokiski Family. I worked with Frank when I was a deputy sheriff. Frank was a fun person to work with and could make you laugh. But, he also knew how to be firm when he had to be.

Frank had the right personality to be a jailer; he had people skills.

Rest easy, Frank. You have earned your peace. You can now visit with Dorothy.
