I am so sorry to hear of Eva's passing. What a wonderful mother she was. She was the best in my book. I have many fond memories of Eva, especially her smile.
Eva was a great friend and so much
fun to be around. I will always
remember while the ladies were
cleaning at Holts Prairie, Eva told of the time
of her being in bed alone because
George was working nights. She
reached up and felt her arm, which
had gone to sleep, and she thought
that there was a stranger in bed
with her. It was so funny the way
