I was so very sad to hear that Donald passed away. He was such a good man with the biggest heart; such a kind, compassionate, giving and funny guy. Truly a "gentle giant". I feel very blessed to have known him both professionally and personally. Sending you strength, love and peace.

I have fond memories of Dugan and count him as a good friend even though we had not been in contact for way too many years. He was a special friend and teammate "back in the day".

I had the privilege of working with "DG" as I called him for many years at Best Funeral Services and I've always felt he was more of a "friend" than my boss.
