Dolores Marie Kellerman's Obituary
Dolores Marie Kellerman, age 86, of Pinckneyville, IL, passed away on Monday, July 25, 2016 at 4:05 a.m. in her daughter's home in St. Peters, MO. Dolores was born on March 11, 1930, the daughter of Sylvester and Cecilia (Rheinecker) Welsch. On October 20, 1948, she married Bert William Kellerman in St. Bruno Catholic Church, Pinckneyville, IL and he preceded her in death on August 19, 1993. She was a member of St. Bruno Catholic Church, Pinckneyville, IL, the Catholic Daughters and Perry County Home Extension for over 50 years, served as chairperson of St. Bruno Quilting Club, Southern Illinois Classy Red Hat Society and Caring & Sharing Thrift Shop. She had retired as a baker of specialty cakes. Survivors include her two daughters, Lisa Woodson of Maryville, IL and Janelle (Steve) Brauchle of St. Peters, MO; three sons, Danny (Rose) Kellerman of Pinckneyville, IL, Steve (Deborah) Kellerman of Tamaroa, IL and Lyle (June Beth) Kellerman of Pinckneyville, IL; thirteen grandchildren, Danny Paul (Mikka) Kellerman, Myles (Brittany) Kellerman, Jessy Booker, Jon Booker, Shaysa (James) Place, Dylan Kellerman, Kristina (Chris) Kujawa, Aaron Kellerman and Megan Marie Brauchle; eight great-grandchildren, Zoey Jolliff; Jakk, Jase, Thayer and William Kellerman; Blair, Trace, Taylor Marie and Alyssa Place; two sisters, LaVina (Ed) Kellerman of Pinckneyville, IL and Alveria Knatt of Apple Valley, CA; a brother, Ben (Shirley) Welsch; three sisters-in-law, Jan Kellerman, Fran Sinn and Virginia Bathon; and two brothers-in-law, Louis Kellerman and Ray (Marlene) Kellerman. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bert Kellerman; a son, Sylvester E. Kellerman; a granddaughter, Amanda Christine Brauchle; two great-grandchildren, Chase Lyle Edmonds and Stormi Jolliff; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Bernard and Virginia Kellerman; four brothers-in-law, Muriel Kellerman, George Knatt, Lee Meier and Paul Bathon; and a sister-in-law, Bernice Kellerman. Funeral mass will be held at St. Bruno Catholic Church, Pinckneyville, IL on Friday, July 29, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Augustine Ibezimako and Father Bernard Goedde officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery, Todds Mill, IL. Friends may call at St. Bruno Catholic Church, Pinckneyville, IL on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Friday at the church from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to masses, St. Bruno Catholic School, Caring & Sharing Thrift Shop or the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in memory of Stormi Jolliff. Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL is in charge of arrangements.
