Delbert "Bud" Lalicker's Obituary
Delbert "Bud" Lalicker, age 74, of Pinckneyville, IL, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at his home. Bud was born on November 29, 1934 in Fulton County, IL a son to John and Mary (Smith) Lalicker. On December 3, 1954, he married Shirley Mae Shaw in Ipava, IL and she survives. Bud worked as a coal miner for Consol Coal Company and was the owner and operator of Movie Time Video in Pinckneyville, IL. He enjoyed woodworking, camping, fishing, traveling, horseback riding, flea markets and was a St. Louis Cardinal fan. He is survived by his wife: Shirley Lalicker of Pinckneyville, IL, one son: Mike (Kathy) Lalicker of Pinckneyville, IL, two daughters: Diane (Denny) Giacomo of Pinckneyville, IL and Debbie (Don) Bytnar of Cambria, IL, two sisters: Linda (Floyd) Danner of DuQuoin, IL and Doris (Kenneth) Derry of Normal. IL, ten grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, two special pets: Jackie and Dolly, and many dear nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and brother-in-law: Betty and Joe Windsor, and one grandson: Donald Bytnar, Jr. Graveside services will be held at Mueller Hill Cemetery, Pinckneyville, IL on Friday, March 20, 2009. Friends and family are asked to go directly to the Cemetery. Friends may call at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
