I remember "Mr Rackley" very well. He hauled, water, rocks, lime just about everything to us for years. I know it's hard to imagine--lol but after he would dump his load he and Pop often had to "shoot the breeze" awhile. I loved listening to all your Dad's stories. Years later Pop bought one of your dad's dump trucks and of course called it Rackley. I am honored that I got to know so many of the Rackley family, including the "twins" Heath and Heidi God Bless you all. Deb and Ellie
I have so many wonderful memories of your Dad. My fondest was that everyday during recess at St Bruno school June would drive by in his big truck and throw a big handful of candy and gum to all the kids. We loved it,the nuns..not so much. I grew up in the same neighborhood and was always greeted with a big smile and warm welcome from June. I am so sorry I could not attend services. I was out of town. Be assured of my prayers and love through your loss.
