Caleb "Joshua" J. Tite's Obituary
Joshua Tite, age 24, of Pinckneyville, IL, passed away Thursday, October 18, 2007, at 7:40 a.m. in Mount Vernon, IL. Joshua was born on September 30, 1983 in Carbondale, IL, a son to Roger and Sandy (Tompkins) Tite. He worked in electrical maintenance at Continental Tire. Joshua loved fishing, hunting, golfing, hanging out at Dixie's with his buddies, and was an avid outdoorsman. He received his Associate Degree in Applied Science in Industrial Electronics and Maintenance from Rend Lake College. Survivors include his Father: Roger (Ginger) Tite of Ava, IL, and his mother Sandy Tite of Pinckneyville, one sister: Tabitha (Joe) White of Jacksonville, IL, two brothers: Nathaniel and Benjamin Tite of Pinckneyville, paternal grandparents: Harold Kirk Tite of Ullin, IL, and Marilyn Tite of Vienna, IL, maternal grandparents: Charles (Jacqueline) Tompkins of Glendale, AZ, one great-grandmother: Mary Schierbaum, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. He was preceded in death by one brother: Gabriel Tite and his maternal grandmother: Judy Tompkins. Funeral services will be Sunday, October 21, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL, with Pastor Jonathon Scott Howington officiating. Interment will be in Mueller Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 5:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m. at Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL, and then on Sunday from 8:00 a.m. until the time of service.
