Betty Jane Henseler's Obituary
Betty Jane Henseler, age 77, of Collinsville, IL, formerly of Pinckneyville, IL, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at 11:07 p.m. in Rosewood Care Center, Edwardsville, IL.
Betty Jane was born on June 3, 1938 in Pinckneyville, IL, daughter to Benjamin and Bertha (Pabst) Louis. On July 28, 1956, she married Francis Glenn Henseler in Oak Grove Baptist Church, Pinckneyville, IL and he survives. Betty Jane was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church, Pinckneyville, IL. She retired from Nooter Construction, where she had worked in accounting and payroll for 10 years. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing and loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren. She actively attended church and Sunday school at Meadow Heights Baptist Church in Collinsville.
Survivors include her husband, Francis Henseler of Collinsville, IL; two sons, Glenn Henseler of Murphy, TX and Parry Henseler of Tooele, UT; two daughters, Kathy (Douglas) Giacoletto of Collinsville, IL and Sheila (Roshan) Bhojwani of South Jordan, UT; eight grandchildren, Christopher Kellerman, Myles Kellerman, Daneila Hansen, LeAnn McElvain, Jake Henseler, Jason Henseler, Ryelee Henseler and Conner Henseler; five great-grandchildren, Kairi Hansen, and Ella, Jase, Jakk and Thayer Kellerman; one brother, Elmer (Kowana) Louis of Pinckneyville, IL and one sister, Clara (Jim) Wright of Pinckneyville, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, Jarron Henseler; and four brothers, George Louis, Charlie Louis, Harold Louis and Benny Louis.
Funeral services will be held at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL on Friday, April 22, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. with Brother Rob Mathis officiating. Interment will be in Concord Baptist Cemetery, Rice, IL.
Friends may call at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
