April Anderson's Obituary
April C. Anderson, age 65, of Coulterville, IL, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at 5:45 p.m. in Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.
April was born on July 2, 1959 in Rock Island, IL, a daughter to Dick and Clara (Pruett) Patton. On February 14, 2001, she married Patrick Glen Anderson in the Randolph County Courthouse Chester, IL. April loved sewing and baking especially peanut butter cookies. Her passion was spending time and taking care of her family. She will be missed by all who and loved her.
Survivors include her husband, Patrick Anderson of Pinckneyville, IL; one son, Frank H. Corn, Jr. of Vandalia, IL; one daughter, Karen Lowery of Sparta, IL; one step-daughter, Candy Barton of Missouri; two brothers, Al (Sharlene) Patton of Marissa, IL, and Cliff (Carol) Patton of St. Libory, IL; two sisters, Hope (Bruce) Middendorf, and Debbie (Brian) Prest both of Marissa, IL; one sister-in-law, Nancy Patton of Lenzburg, IL; four grandchildren, Deontez Lowery, Harley Corn, Candace Haun, and Kahdijah Houston; one step-granddaughter, Mikayla Roberts; six great-grandchildren, Antonia Houston, Kaylynn Houston, Akari Houston, Deja Houston, Southern Perkins, and Shepard Haun; loved canine companion, Tiny; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two granddaughters, Danashia Lowery and Kavea Lowery; four brothers, William Patton, Rich Patton, Charles Patton, and Sandy Patton; one nephew, Mark Middendorf.
Funeral services will be held at Pyatt Funeral Home, Coulterville, IL on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., with Minister Demeatrius Lowery officiating.
A memorial visitation will be at Pyatt Funeral Home, Coulterville, IL on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
Memorial donations may be made to the family.
